Sparkling Rosé

Cultivated on sandy-loam soils using the Guyot training system, this Rosé sparkling wine is crafted from a blend of red grape varieties.

Its vibrant pink hue is complemented by delicate aromatic notes of rose and red fruits, an intense fruity palate, and a fine, persistent perlage.

Procedure:

The grapes are harvested in the early morning. The blend is left in the press, protected by inert gases, with the skins for approximately four hours, to achieve the typical rosé color. The pressed juice is then fermented at a controlled temperature of 16°C to obtain the typical floral aromas. Subsequent racking and maturation on the lees lead to the second fermentation in an autoclave according to the Martinotti-Charmat method. Filtration and bottling are then performed.

Tasting:

It has a vibrant pink color, with fine, elegant bubbles. The aroma is characterized by delicate notes of wild rose and red fruits. On the palate, the floral aromas perceived by the nose stand out, accompanied by fresh and persistent notes of raspberry.
