Notice to Clients and Suppliers issued by Oasi Paradiso S.r.l. – Società Agricola pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)

This notice is issued in accordance with Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to simply as the “European Regulation”), which introduced significant legal updates.
This notice updates and replaces any previous versions issued.

In this context, please note that:

  • As a result of establishing a commercial relationship, and during its course, our company will collect and process your personal data;

  • For clarity, the following definitions from the European Regulation are provided:

Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”). A person is considered identifiable if they can be identified, directly or indirectly, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

Processing: Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, including collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.

In accordance with Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679, we hereby inform you that:

The collection and processing of your personal data will be carried out by the company as follows:

  • Purpose: Data will be processed to properly manage accounting, tax, commercial, technical, and all other business activities related to the ongoing relationship;

  • Marketing purposes: Data may also be used, with your explicit prior consent, for sending promotional materials or communications via post, email, phone, fax, SMS, or similar channels. Even after giving consent, you may object at any time, free of charge, to the processing of your data for this purpose;

  • Methods: Data will be processed using both paper-based and electronic/IT/telecommunication tools, in full compliance with legal provisions, in accordance with principles of lawfulness and fairness, and in a manner that protects your privacy;

  • Voluntary provision of data: Providing data is optional and not mandatory;

  • Consequences of refusal: Refusal to provide data or complete objection to processing may prevent the continuation of any commercial or other relationship with our company. Denying consent for the use of data for promotional purposes will not affect existing or future relationships;

  • Recipients: Data may only be communicated to third parties to comply with legal or contractual obligations. Data will never be disseminated;

  • Authorized personnel: Data will be processed exclusively by company staff in the administrative and commercial sectors, specifically authorized;

  • Automated decision-making (e.g., profiling): No automated decision-making processes are used;

  • Data subject rights: You have all rights established by the European Regulation, including the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, restrict processing, object to processing, and exercise data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;

  • Transfers to third countries: Any transfer of personal data to a third country outside the European Union or to an international organization will take place based on a Commission adequacy decision or, in the case of transfers under Articles 46, 47, or 49 (second paragraph) of the European Regulation, on the basis of appropriate safeguards;

  • Data retention period: Data will be retained only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill requests or as required by applicable law or contractual obligations;

  • Data controller: The data controller is Oasi Paradiso S.r.l. – Società Agricola, with registered office at Via Gobetti 4, Argelato (BO), represented by its pro tempore legal representative.

This notice may be supplemented, orally or in writing, with additional information to meet any specific privacy-related needs and to comply with evolving legislation.
