The years pass and the new generations, as we know, grow up. Paolo's children and grandchildren, however, attracted by the same beauty he fell in love with so many years ago, have decided to go and live among those very vineyards that, in fact, they now call home .

Today, the Oasi Paradiso Agricultural Company presents its two sparkling wines for the first time at Vinitaly 2023: Oasi Paradiso Pignoletto DOC Gold Label and Oasi Paradiso Rosé .

These are naturally two " bubbles ," inspired by their homeland. Bologna and Emilia-Romagna are naturally convivial and festive places , places to be together.

The two OP products were designed specifically to celebrate special moments, for "aperitifs," but also to tastefully accompany meals with friends.

Paolo Gualandi, together with his children and grandchildren, personally takes care of the vineyards , following the winemaking process, in order to ensure that the taste of the product of their land is pleasant and always contemporary.
