Pignoletto Sparkling Wine

Grown in clayey and sandy soils using a spurred cordon pruning system, this Grechetto DOC with a bright straw yellow appearance is perfect for all occasions.

With its golden reflections and a fruity aroma that enhances its semi-dry taste, it is fine and elegant on the palate.

Procedure:

The wine, obtained through careful white vinification of grapes grown in our vineyards, is stored in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15°C. The second fermentation, using the Martinotti-Charmat method, refines the fruity aromas typical of these grapes.

Tasting:

After a generous dose of foam, it presents a clear, brilliant straw color. Aromas of golden delicious apple, white peach, plum, and wildflowers. On the palate, it faithfully reproduces the sensations perceived on the nose. The acidity, also provided by the carbon dioxide, stimulates the taste buds, imparting a pleasant fruity aroma.
